Terms of Service
These Terms of Service Agreement govern the use of prep center services provided by Advancebox Prep Center LLC to its customers. By using the Provider’s services, Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
Services Provided :
The Provider offers prep center services, which include receiving and inspecting goods, preparing them for shipment, and forwarding them to the customer’s designated carrier (Fedex/UPS/USPS). The Provider may also offer additional services as specified in a separate service agreement.
Obligations and agrees of Customers
Customer agrees to:
a). Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the provider’s services.
b). Provide accurate and complete information about the goods being shipped, including their description, quantity, and value.
c). Package and label the goods in accordance with the provider’s instructions and applicable carrier requirements.
d). Pay all fees and charges associated with the provider’s services, including storage fees, handling fees, and shipping charges.
e). Indemnify and understands the provider is not responsible for any liability, loss, or damage arising from the use of the provider’s services.
Provider Obligations
The Provider agrees to:
a). Provide prep center services in a professional and timely manner.
b) Maintain appropriate facilities and equipment for the handling and storage of goods.
c). Take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information provided from the Customer.
d) Notify the Customer promptly of any issues or delays related to the handling or shipping of goods.
Limitation of Liability
The Provider’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of its services shall be limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the cost of the Provider’s services. The Provider shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Provider shall release any goods in its possession to the Customer or the Customer’s designated carrier.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Provider is located.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By using the Provider’s services, Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
